I met Jessica over a year ago when I was questioning whether to sell my home or not. She was extremely knowledgeable and willing to provide answers to my questions. She also provided sound advice for a first time home seller like me.
When we were ready to sell our home, we met with her and she provided us with a wonderful file of details containing comparable home for sell in our neighborhood, market values and tools to help us stage and sell our home. Jessica has a vast knowledge in all aspects of the real estate process and is even assisting us through a new home build!
So far she has been great to work with. Very patient and flexible, and she always makes time for me when I have questions or concerns about the process. I’d highly recommend Picket Fence Realty Team!

Ron Jeleniewski was recently successful in selling our rental property in Emmett. Prior to that sale Ron had acted as our property manager/agent for several years.

Throughout both the management of the property and the listing and sale of it, Ron exhibited exemplary client service; he was always prompt, he communicated quickly and clearly when events dictated, and he always acted in our best interests. Perhaps the most significant aspect of Ron’s service was the fact that he devoted the same personal attention to our property needs that he provided to other properties that were much more valuable and that would provide much greater return to him. Be aware that we had owned the Emmett property for over 10 years and have had several other rentals in different states; Ron is by far the most supportive agent we have had and carried that attitude into the listing and sale.
